Descriptif du poste
Vos missions
• Ability to create and implement a Lean program from the ground up.
• Comprehensive understanding of Lean tools such as Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen events, Value Stram mapping etc..
• Hands on involvement in all aspects of Lean projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams from various technical backgrounds.
• Proven project management skills.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Team working, open minded, good communication skills
Vos compétences
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience implementing Lean principals in a manufacturing environment.
• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma and or Blackbelt level certified.
• Preferred: Fluent in 2 languages – French & English.
