Sales Operations Coordinator (w/m)

Profil	You have a commercial degree with at least five years of experience in the field of sales in particular with international distributors, B2B communication (campaigns, e-Mail Marketing). You also have very good MS Office user skills, especially Excel and PPT, and are able to work with databases. Your French and English are at a very good level and your good knowledge of German rounds off your profile. You act as a team player with communication skills and appreciate contact with various stakeholders. You are characterized by your analytical skills and your networked way of thinking.
Descriptif	Support and coordinate projects for Distributors. Create/support and follow-up on listing documents from different data bases (merch. assortments, Excel, Comarch, PIM, …) for distributors, key accounts, etc. Support and provide customer specific reports on request about Sales figures (for sales managers or customers). Coordinate and support retailer tools adaptations for distributor markets and related projects together with customers, Sales Managers, Supply Chain, Marketing, Trade Marketing, etc. Prepare communications of POS and Retail solution Toolboxes and Sell-in kits. Create/support for distributors and key account tools (business plans, guidelines tools, yearly presentations, new business presentations, etc.).
