ProfilYou give recommandations and consult with the brand HQ about overall business development, distribution, product and communication strategies. You are self-starter with sound knowledge and expertise in sales, training, marketing able to work well independently as well as coaching and motivating multicultural teams. You possess a Business degree and minimum 5 years of sales management experience, ideally in a fashion / lifestyle company with fast moving products and a strong brand presence on the market. You possess exceptional verbal & written communication skills in English, French and German (Spanish or Italian is a plus). Every additional European language is an assel.
Descriptif- Mainly EMEA region leading sales, brand and distribution operations - Reach sales budget by formulating, executing and following up comprehensive actions plans - Define and update regularly budgets, forecasts, actuals and objectives - Assess current distribution (retail and wholesale) and establish action plans to strenghten the brand's market position - Regular visits to markets to supervise and transmit the brand spirit and strategy - Develop business partnerships and opening of new markets and/or distributors - Achieve highest brand awareness by executing marketing & communication plans
