Descriptif | • Review of new applications and provide technical solutions to ensure product
performance.
• Provide technical support to the Sales force and Product Management in the
areas of spherical plain bearing design, cost analysis, customer support, quality
assurance support, production support and review of new applications.
• Works with customers to resolve technical problems and makes technical
presentations with the Sales Engineers at target accounts approximately 10 to
20% of the working time will be spent in customer visits.
• Technical consultant on product design, application and service problems,
quality deviations and material and parts substitution.
• Assures that all detail process step drawings are in conformance to the
requirements and technical specifications.
• Establishes bearing testing requirements and test plans and reports test results
to customers to gain product approval.
• Responsible for approving new product designs and releasing designs to
manufacturing.
• Act as project manager towards management and customer.
